Congratulations to M.Sc. Graduates

(09 Nov 2012)

Saturday November 3rd saw the latest cohort of graduates from NITL’s M.Sc. programmes celebrate an important milestone at St. Patrick’s Cathedral. Over 40 individuals graduated with the M.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, representing the largest group of graduates at a single ceremony since NITL’s establishment in 1998. Graduates from the Executive Masters programme came from a range of industries including food and beverage, engineering and logistics. The range of nationalities of graduates from the full-time programme reflected the increasingly global nature of contemporary supply chains.

NITL programme co-ordinator Antonio de Linares congratulated all graduates and wished them well in their future endeavours. “Graduation day is an important one in our calendar and it represents an opportunity for graduates and their families to celebrate what is the culmination of much hard work and application”, Antonio commented. “Armed with the knowledge, skills and other competencies that our Masters programmes provide, these graduates can look forward to making a significant contribution to economic and social development through their chosen career paths. We wish you all every success in the future and hope that you will continue to play an active role in NITL’s various activities”, he continued.

NITL was represented at the ceremony by programme chair Edward Sweeney and module leaders including Dan Park, Des Lee, Dermot Carey and Gerry Glynn.
