Our clients come from many industries including: Consumer Goods, Electronics, Food, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, as well as the 3rd party logistics sector.
In our experience, there are four key factors which apply to the majority of logistics and supply chain problems. They are:
- Market driven customer service strategy
- Optimum logistics cost and investment
- Logistics management information systems
- Logistics organisation structure
Since NITL's foundation in 1998, our focus has been on helping companies structure their strategies, their organisations, and their supply chain processes for competitiveness, profitability, and growth. We're driven by a determination to get real results for our clients. NITL offers a range of support packages to help solve your supply chain management issues and has access to global expertise in supply chain management.
NITL staff understand best practice in supply chain management and appreciate the realities of business life, and the contribution supply chain management can make to the 'bottom line'. NITL should be your first port of call when seeking solutions to particular supply chain management issues.
To assist clients, NITL can facilitate a workshop for them. Workshops are designed to address a client's particular requirements. The structure is participative using a mix of lectures, case studies, exercises, and always has a deliverable in the form of an agreed action plan. Client companies may need to train staff in supply chain management principles, so that they can better address the issues faced. NITL can offer 'in-house' training courses tailored to meet company needs, or alternatively staff can enrol on NITL's part-time, modular MSc programmes. Each programme includes an assignment in the company, so that lessons learned can be directly applied, supervised by NITL's experienced staff.
NITL's staff have unrivalled experience of all aspects of the supply chain and have often undertaken similar projects in the same business sector as the client. NITL through its research resources has all the necessary back-up required to support project work in any aspect of supply chain management and of any complexity.
